What Is Saturday Morning Music Club?

Saturday Morning Music Club is a way of experiencing music and multi-media, by having it delivered directly to your desktop (streamed or downloaded) – at timed intervals or all at once.

What Do I Get?

It depends on what you have signed up to. All explanations will describe what you are getting with each package – for the most part you will get a combination of songs, lyrics, videos, blogs and photos.

How Does It Work?

You sign up.
You get a user name and password.
You download and install the SMMC desktop application (PC and mac).
Every time you open the app, it checks with our server for new material.
When the app sees new material, it becomes immediately available to stream or download. In the case of “one-offs” or “express packages” there will be no updates.

Will It Work on PC and MAC?

YES.

Do I Need an Internet Connection?

YES and NO! – you need a connection to sign up and download the App.

And you need a connection for the App to talk to the SMMC server and stream content, and to download it. After you have downloaded the content you do not need a connection to access that content.

Do I Get to Keep the Things?

Yes. Everything is yours to keep.
On your computer, portable device or even burn a CD. Content on the server will time out after 6 months, so make sure you download anything you want before then.

What if I Want to Join After It Has Started?

Don’t worry. You can sign up any time.
When you do, you will get the all the previous content.
Until the end.

Will There Ever Be a CD?

It depends on the artist or package you have. In most cases eventually, yes. But a lot of the material on SMMC is exclusive to SMMC and wont be available anywhere else.

How Do You Do It?

At the core of Saturday Morning Music Club is the very clever desktop application that will deliver your new material. The App is the door between you and all multimedia content – and through it, everything will come.

This is what happens:

• You sign up.
• You get a user name and password.
• You download and install the SMMC desktop application (PC and mac).
• Every time you open the app, it checks with our server for new material.
• When new material is available you will be able to stream it or download it immediately.
• You can play it from your desktop.
• Or you can save it to your computer hard drive, put it on your portable device, or burn it to CD.
